Norway is well known for its beautiful landscape and this applies specially to Bergen. Bergen is surrounded by one of the world’s most spectacular tourist attractions – The Norwegian Fjords, which have now been included on UNESCO’s World Heritage List. The historic city of Bergen has a lot to offer its visitors. Climate

The weather during June is usually very nice but also a bit volatile and unpredictable so please remember to bring a warm sweater. And remember, the chance of rain in Bergen is always high! You can check out the weather forecast here.

Currency

Local currency is the Norwegian Kroner (NOK). There is a cash machine at the airport as well as many other around Bergen. Banks are open weekdays from 0900 – 1500.
