Per Ove Eikeland

Per Ove Eikeland is Senior Research Fellow at the Fridtjof Nansen Institute. Eikeland has the past 25 years worked in the fields of international/national energy and climate policies and corporate strategy. He graduated in economics at the University of Oslo in 1991 with additional training in political science and strategic analysis. Eikeland has published widely in international journals and is co-author of two recent books: Linking EU Climate and Energy Policies (2016) and Corporate Responses to EU Emissions Trading (2013). He co-authored a recent report from the Fridtjof Nansen Institute: China’s political economy of coal: Drivers and challenges to restructuring China’s energy system (2015).
